The two volume Federal Employees Practice Guide contains nearly 3000 pages, and includes a comprehensive table of contents and index. First published in 1994, it receives yearly updates as the law changes. Although dense with information, it contains 18 check lists that summarize how to analyze and prove the different elements of a FECA claim. There are practice tips learned from years of experience, recent case law, significant program rules, sample legal memorandums and appellate briefs.
